Q: Why did you start FIT Club?
A: Essentially, because we wanted to extend discounts to all of our loyal customers—and we wanted to make it easy. Instead of complicated discount programs for members of running groups and other organizations, FIT Club offers a $25 discount on purchases of $250—to everyone who shops with us.

Q: Do I have to spend $250 in one visit to get the discount?
A: No. Your purchases accumulate in our database. When the total of your purchases reaches $250, you’ve earned a $25 discount on your next visit.

Q: Is this a one-time discount?
A: No. FIT Club members earn a $25 discount for every $250 they spend.

Q: When did my purchases start qualifying for the discount?
A: All purchases made after January 1, 2009 qualify as FIT Club purchases.

Q: Why do I have to give you my personal information when I make a purchase?
A: It’s the only way we can track your purchases and make sure you get your FIT Club discount.

Q: I’m a member of a running group, and I always got a special discount in your stores. Do I still get my discounts?
A: To simplify our discount program and extend it to all of our great customers, we started FIT Club. We no longer have additional special discounts for members of running organizations—but FIT Club essentially gives you the same discount you always had. (Chance are, as an active runner, you’ll put it to good use!)

Q: What about school teams? Do they still get special discounts?
A: Our team program is still in effect. Bring in your team and we’ll fit all your runners, give you a great discount, and make it fun for everyone. Contact us at teamsales@erunningcompany.com to make an appointment for your team.

Q: What if I’ve already had video gait analysis and know what shoes I need?
A: We’ll be happy to ship your favorite shoes to you! Just call us at (317) 202-0202 or email info@erunningcompany.com. Shipping is free (regular ground), and your purchase will count toward your FIT Club credit!
